Mr. Daniel Goldburg

We have been in SE FL Residential Shell contracting since 1993 when my dad, Ron Goldburg, started the business called CSCI. Currently we operate under USI Construction Services, LLC in the state of Florida. We do about 80% of our work for the production builders (GL, Pulte, DR Horton, Khov, etc.). And then we do between 5 and 15 high end customs a year on the East Coast. We operate from Broward through Indian River (and Naples to Sarasota on the West). We did about 2000 shell last year, of which about 10 were high end custom homes. We also do flatwork, site walls, retaining walls, etc.
